Standard licence
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchase of a digital product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use by one purchaser or one legal business entity.
You may
- Use the files internally in your own business.
- Enter, change and analyse your own business data.
- Adapt worksheets or working copies for your own internal use.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense the original or modified template files.
- Share the editable source files with another business or unrelated third party.
- Upload the files to a template marketplace, membership library, file-sharing site or public repository.
- Present the templates themselves as your own product for sale.
Client work
This standard licence does not include redistribution of editable source files to clients. Contact us before purchasing if you require broader agency or multi-client rights.
Third-party names
Marketplace names and trademarks are used descriptively. No licence to any third-party trademark is granted.
