Digital Delivery Policy

CalcCommerce sells digital downloads and digital professional services. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Downloadable products

Our spreadsheets, templates, checklists, guides and other downloadable products are delivered electronically after successful payment using Shopify's Digital Products system.

Customers may receive access by email and, where enabled, through the order confirmation or order status page.

Please use a valid email address at checkout and keep your order confirmation.

Delivery problems

If a download link is missing, expired, corrupted or not working correctly, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore or reissue access.

Audit services

Amazon Listing Audits and Amazon PPC Audits are delivered digitally. Unless otherwise agreed, the expected delivery time is normally 3–5 working days after all information required to perform the audit has been received.

No postage charges

Digital products and digital audit services do not require physical shipping, so no postage or physical-delivery charge applies.
