What do I receive?
Each product page lists the files included. Most tools are Microsoft Excel workbooks; bundles may also include PDF documentation.
How are files delivered?
Digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment using Shopify's digital delivery system. No physical item is shipped.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
Excel is the intended application for spreadsheet products. Some files may open in other spreadsheet software, but formulas, formatting or behaviour can differ.
Can I use the files for my business?
Yes. Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase covers internal use by one purchaser or one legal business entity.
Can I resell or share the templates?
No. The editable source files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly shared or uploaded to another template marketplace.
Are you affiliated with Amazon?
No. We are independent. Amazon and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Are the calculations guaranteed to match marketplace fees?
No. Marketplace fees, taxes and programme rules change. The tools are planning resources and depend on the data entered. Always verify current fees and tax treatment before making a business decision.
What if I have a problem with a file?
Use the Contact page and include your order number. If a file is missing, corrupted or materially not as described, we will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
