About CalcCommerce

CalcCommerce is a trading brand operated by Flowzuk Ltd in the United Kingdom. References to Amazon and other third-party marketplaces are descriptive only; CalcCommerce is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those marketplaces.

Digital product licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase of a digital product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use by one purchaser or one legal business entity.

You may adapt working copies for your own internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, upload to template marketplaces, or provide the editable source files to another business.

Business tools and calculations

Spreadsheets, calculators, templates, checklists and audits are business-planning resources. Outputs depend on the data and assumptions supplied by the user.

You are responsible for checking marketplace fees, tax or VAT treatment, compliance obligations and other commercial assumptions before acting on an output.

Audit services

Audit recommendations are based on the data and materials supplied within the scope described on the relevant service page. Recommendations do not guarantee sales, ranking, advertising performance or marketplace approval.

Compatibility

Product pages state the intended file format. Spreadsheet behaviour may differ between Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.

Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in CalcCommerce's original digital products, documentation and website content remain with Flowzuk Ltd unless expressly transferred in writing.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
