Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

CalcCommerce is a trading brand operated by Flowzuk Ltd. We sell downloadable digital products and digital audit services. Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Digital downloads

Our spreadsheets, templates, checklists, guides and other downloadable products are supplied electronically. No physical product is shipped.

UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. Where you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the right to cancel is lost when the digital content is supplied.

If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained before supply begins, your statutory cancellation rights remain.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

If a digital product is faulty, materially not as described, corrupted or cannot reasonably be accessed, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you believe you have been charged twice or accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us promptly and we will review the transaction.

Audit services

Amazon Listing Audits and Amazon PPC Audits are digital professional services. If you wish to cancel an audit before work has started, contact us as soon as possible. Where work has already begun or has been completed at your request, cancellation and refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
